What kind of information is collected?
There are two types of information that may be collected by Paradise Mountain.
During your access and use of Paradise Mountain’s Services you may choose to provide us with personal information about yourself. Personal information is information that can directly identify you, such as your name, contact and location (including addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers), payment information (including credit card information and third party payment processing account information), demographic information (including your birth date, gender, etc.) and preferences. We want you to know that you can always choose not to provide this type of information to us, however this might prevent you from fully accessing the Services.
We may also collect non-personal information when you access the Services. This includes information of an anonymous nature, like internet protocol (IP) addresses of the devices you use to access our Services, the type of browser and operating system you’re using to access our Services, and other aggregated information relating to the usage of the Services (including the number of visitors, what pages are being accessed, when they are being accessed, and the average time spent on each page).
How We Use the Information Collected
We use information we collect from you for a number of purposes relating to improving your experience with Paradise Mountain and the Services. This includes improving the content of the Services and our products, personalizing and customizing content provided to you through the Services, notifying you about updates to the Services and Paradise Mountain generally, completing transactions/fulfilling orders, providing customer support, meeting our legal requirements, and analyzing the information that is collected.
Third parties may perform functions on our behalf, including fulfilling orders, hosting our Services, compiling and processing data, and processing credit card payments. We do not disclose your personal information to these parties except to the extent necessary to enable them to provide the specific services to you or on our behalf.
If we’re involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Third-Party Payment Processing Services
The Paradise Mountain online store accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal to process your orders. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal which is a very secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
By ordering products from our Services, you authorize and agree that we may provide information and instruction (as is reasonably necessary to carry out the transactions) to these third-party payment processing services on your behalf. You also acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms and conditions applicable to these third-party payment processing services and agree to be bound by them.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we place on your computer’s hard drive to allow our systems to recognize your browser and remember information about your visits and use of the website to save you time when you return to our Services. This includes remembering your orders and other services that will improve your use of the Services.
